When it comes to preparing for birth, there is not one size and time that fits all. My services are designed to meet you exactly where you are — emotionally, physically, and practically. Whether you’re seeking calm and confidence through hypnobirthing, personalised guidance for a VBAC journey, or nurturing support as you prepare to welcome your baby abroad without family nearby, I create a space that feels safe, informed, and deeply personal. Every family’s story is unique, and my role is to listen, guide, and walk beside you as you prepare for a birth experience that truly reflects you.
Why Hypnobirthing matters
​I truly believe hypnobirthing is one of the best forms of preparation you can do for birth. It changed my mind and renewed my faith in my abilities for my 2nd and 3rd deliveries- and I see first hand as a doula how much of an anchor it can be in the birthing room.
Birth is as much a mental game as it is a physical one — your mind will often give up long before your body does. Hypnobirthing gives you the tools, confidence, and mindset to stay calm, focused, and in control, no matter how your birth unfolds.
If your goal is to have as low-intervention and de-medicalised a birth as possible for you, hypnobirthing is essential.
It helps you work with your body, not against it, so you can approach labour feeling empowered, prepared, and supported by your own inner strength
